2. What is included with my BatteryPack+?
You'll get 1x BatteryPack+ and an included high quality USB-C 60w 15cm short charging cable.
3. How does it work with Apple Find My?
It's fully integrated and MFi-certified. You can see its location in the Find My app, just like any FindMy device, get separation alerts, and even play a sound if it's nearby.
4. Does it work with a phone case?
Absolutely, It will work with any MagSafe compatible device and phone case, or with a Universal Magnetic Adapter. It snaps magnetically to the back of your phone and delivers fast, reliable charging.
5. Will it work with my device?
It will work with both Android and iPhone. MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer). It will work with any wireless enabled device, and works best with a Universal Magnetic Adapter. Additionally, any type of device can be charged via the USB-C port with cable.
6. How fast does it charge my device?
The wireless charging is Qi2-certified and delivers up to 20W to your iPhone. The USB-C port also supports up to 20W input/output more efficiently if you want to get the most charge quickly.
7. What is it made from?
It's built from a single piece of precision-machined aluminium for a premium feel, with better durability, and improved heat dissipation. The charing side is silicone to prevent slipping off, and protection of your phone back, or phone case.
8. How slim is it?
It's designed to be ultra-slim at 8.4mm, a pocket-friendly design, roughly the same thickness as your phone.
9. What colours will be available?
Initial launch includes Silver, Grey, and blackout edition.
11. Will it ship globally?
Yes, there will be world-wide shipping. It's a small envelope sized package, so the shipping costs will be relatively low.
12. When will it ship?
Batch #1 is due to ship at the end of August, Batch #2 will late winter, to arrive before Christmas.
